Learners will discover how to use Smart Templates, capture photos and videos, leverage the AI Assistant to auto-generate reports, store key property details with zData, and manage tenant self-inspections through the ZTenant app. The course also covers automatic work orders for flagged items and integrations with major property management systems. By the end, students will know how to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve documentation across every inspection.
